Booking and Payment
To confirm your reservation, full payment of the total booking amount is required.
Payment can be conveniently made on the website by credit card.
Transparent Conditions
Cancellation
We understand how important flexibility is when traveling, which is why we offer clear and transparent conditions:
- Full refund (100%) for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival
- 50% refund for cancellations between 29 and 8 days before arrival
- No refund for cancellations within the last 7 days or in case of no-show
- Maximum number of guests: 6 people
- Tourist tax: €2.00 per person per night
Property Rules
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
To ensure maximum freedom, we also offer self check-in: before your arrival, you will receive personal codes to easily access the property via keypad, without time constraints.
Check-out is scheduled by 11:00 AM, allowing us to properly prepare the apartment for the next guests.
Respect for the Spaces
We do not require a security deposit, trusting that our guests share our respect for the spaces and furnishings.
We invite you to experience the house with the same care you would dedicate to your own.
Should any damage occur, we reserve the right to request reimbursement necessary for restoration or replacement of the affected items.
The property is non-smoking and events or parties are not permitted.
