Your reservation has been cancelled.

If you have already made a payment, we will issue a refund according to our Cancellation and Payment Terms:

• full refund (100%) for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival;
• 50% refund for cancellations between 29 and 8 days before arrival;
• no refund for cancellations within the last 7 days or in case of a no-show.

The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the booking, usually within 10 business days.
